THE STORY BEHIND THE WOMAN OF INFLUENCE
A Calling | A Journey | A Movement.

Gloria - The Woman of Influence
Over a decade ago, I found myself in a place that many would describe as rock bottom — jobless, homeless, and living temporarily in the home of a mutual friend. It was a season marked by uncertainty, humility, and quiet desperation.
Then, one scorching afternoon, something happened.
I woke up from a nap — drenched in sweat, confused but deeply stirred. I had just seen a vivid scene play out before me, as real as life itself. And then I heard it, clear as day: “The Woman of Virtue.”
I sat there, perplexed and wide-eyed. What was that? A vision? A divine interruption? I wasn’t sure, but something deep inside me knew it was from God. I wrote down every detail I could remember, filled with a strange mix of fear and excitement.
But as the days turned into months, and months into years, life moved on. I lost the journal where I wrote it all down. The memory faded, tucked away in the corners of my heart. I didn’t fully understand it then. I didn’t feel qualified. I had nothing but questions.
But God never forgets.
Fast forward fifteen years — through seasons of stretching, learning, breaking, and rebuilding — God brought that vision back to me. Not just as a memory, but as a mission. I now realize that those years weren’t delays; they were divine preparation.
And now, The Woman of Influence is born.
This is more than a blog or a platform. It is a calling — to gather, equip, and empower a tribe of godly women who are ready to live with purpose and lead with influence.
This is for the woman who has walked through fire and come out gold.
This is for the woman who dares to dream again.
This is for the woman who knows she was made for more — not just for herself, but for impact.
Together, we will rise.
We will shine the light of Christ in our homes, careers, communities, and the world.
We will break the silence, challenge the status quo, and build legacies rooted in faith.
Because when one woman obeys God, nations are impacted.
I invite you to walk this journey with me.
Not just as a reader, but as a sister. As a woman of influence.
